		I have lived on St. Croix since 1980, and in that time I have had many friends and family members visit. Some have even decided to move here (go figure!). 	HOTELS Soon you will have your own home to stay in while on St. Croix, but while you are looking at properties, I recommend you stay at the Pink Fancy Hotel. The property is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it's charming courtyard connects the buildings on the property to form an intimate and relaxing environment. Located in the heart of downtown Christiansted, you are walking distance to the beach, shops, dining, and other activities departing daily from town. www.pinkfancy.com Another beautiful place to stay is a small inn just 5 minutes outside of Christiansted - Carringtons Inn. Operated by husband and wife Claudia and Roger Carrington, it is a small B&B with wonderful service, views, and extremely comfortable rooms. www.carringtonsinn.com
	VILLAS If you'd rather stay in a villa, I recommend one of the Carambola Villas. Not only will your villa border the gorgeous green fairways of the Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed golf course, but the views even beyond the course are spectacular. The clubhouse offers great meals throughout the day, the bar is popular with golfers and one of the most beautiful beaches is over the hill. www.carambolavillas.com
